Founder's Letter
After years of careful planning, consideration, and diligence, we have chosen to form the D.F. Rubin Law Firm. Our firm is unique. We believe the only way to provide effective representation is to select and handle fewer cases, so we can devote ourselves completely to each client, and fully exploit every legal theory. Our philosophy allows for an intimate relationship with our clients, and facilitates excellent results. We assess and develop every case meticulously for litigation through trial, not settlement.
Subscribing to our philosophy means we are very conservative and focused with the cases we agree to handle. We only accept complex civil cases involving medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, and wrongful death.
We empathize with, and understand that our clients have endured life-altering injuries, and their cases involve highly complex legal/factual issues, which require sufficient attention and analysis. In our view, D.F. Rubin’s unique business model is the only way to ensure competent, uncompromising representation. This is why we formed D.F. Rubin.
The D.F. Rubin Law Firm offers experience representing clients who suffered traumatic brain injuries, cauda equina syndrome from epidural hematomas, undiagnosed esophageal intubations, unnecessary and preventable amputations, injuries from trucking/automobile collisions, and injuries sustained on construction sites.
